To encourage the adoption of economically, socially and environmentally sustainable policies and practices among Hoteliers in a way which enhances the viability of their businesses, the environment and the quality of the experience on offer to their guests, staff and visiting tourists.
Why is it that most hotels will accommodate animals but not keep aside rooms for smokers. It is so unfair. Just because of an unfair total ban we can no longer go out to pubs or holiday in hotels in scotland. We should have rights to???
